Licensed Professional Counselor, LPC
Therapist
As a Licensed Professional Counselor, I strive to create a safe, supportive, and collaborative space where clients feel comfortable exploring their thoughts, emotions, and life experiences. Whether you're navigating anxiety, depression, ADHD, relationship challenges, or life transitions, I believe that a genuine therapeutic connection creates the foundation for meaningful healing and growth. I am especially passionate about helping clients better understand themselves, recognize their strengths, and build lasting confidence.
My therapeutic approach is person-centered and integrative, recognizing that every client's journey is unique. Rather than relying on a single modality, I thoughtfully tailor treatment to meet each person's individual needs, goals, and experiences. I draw from evidence-based approaches including Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Psychodynamic Therapy, Family Systems Therapy, Narrative Therapy, mindfulness-based interventions, and other strengths-based approaches to support both immediate symptom relief and long-term personal growth.
I believe therapy is a collaborative process where clients are empowered to advocate for themselves, develop greater self-awareness, and embrace emotional vulnerability as a source of strength rather than weakness. Together, we will work toward building practical coping skills, strengthening relationships, and creating meaningful, lasting change.
I earned my Master's degree in Mental Health and Wellness Counseling from New York University and provide psychotherapy services both in person and via telehealth throughout the greater Northern Chicagoland area.
Outside of the therapy office, I enjoy expressing my creativity through sewing and drawing, exploring museums, dancing, traveling, watching movies and television, and spending quality time with friends and family.
I look forward to supporting you on your journey toward greater self-understanding, resilience, and overall well-being.
