Unify Counseling is looking for a licensed clinical social worker to join our growing team! We are a clinician-founded, hybrid practice offering telehealth and in-person therapy in our office in Northfield! About The Role:

  • We value our therapists, and we want to see them grow professionally. Working with us will give you the flexibility and opportunity to create your ideal position based on your personal and career goals.
  • We guarantee that we will provide you with a steady stream of insurance-based client referrals. There is an opportunity to see as many as you want.
  • Our clinicians set their own hours and make their schedules.
  • Clinicians have the opportunity for bonus pay, through our incentive program.
  • Clinicians can hold sessions in person at our office or work from the comfort of their own home providing telehealth.
  • Unify Counseling provides monthly clinical consultations (if needed) with our supportive and incredible clinical team to help you grow professionally.
  • Unify's vision is to build a robust community and lasting connections! We are excited to offer our monthly team events (trainings, workshops, coffees, hikes, etc)!
  • Unify will handle your billing and marketing, and provide you with client referrals and office space. Your job is to meet with clients and write notes.
  • Working for a private practice is an excellent opportunity for someone who wants independence while still feeling connected to a community and receiving clinical consultation if needed.
  • This position is perfect for you if you enjoy providing therapy to clients but do not like the administrative, business part of running it.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy
  • Must be licensed as LCSW, LMFT, LCPC
  • Must have 5+ years of experience
  • Must be well organized
  • Maintains work schedule (works well independently)
  • Excellent written, communication, and relationship skills
  • Has a passion for helping people and a warm personality
  • Wants to be a part of a growing clinical practice
  • Interested in personal and professional growth and development

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with trauma, mood and personality disorders, addictions, families, and couples
  • CBT, DBT, ACT or EMDR Training preferred

  • Additional compensation is available for writing blog posts, hosting groups and workshops
