Mental Health Counseling Intern

I believe that at our core, we all want to feel connected, valued, and understood. When we feel discouraged or disconnected, challenges like anxiety, low self-esteem, or unhelpful patterns can emerge and make it harder to see our own strengths. I see therapy as a place where you don’t have to have everything figured out; where we can sit with the hard parts, explore the experiences that have shaped you, and work toward a deeper sense of meaning, belonging, and self-acceptance. I feel honored to walk alongside people as they reconnect with their courage, rediscover their voice, and create lives that feel more authentic & fulfilling.I bring experience from working in therapy and neuropsychological assessment settings with individuals across the lifespan. I support clients navigating ADHD, chronic illness, executive functioning challenges, life transitions, and more. My approach is collaborative and strengths-based, helping you reconnect with your values, resilience, and growth.

While I have education in many modalities, Adlerian is my favorite because it looks at the whole person (their life story, relationships, values, and goals) not just single symptoms. Adlerian therapy is rooted in the belief that everyone wants to belong, contribute, and live with purpose.I am in the midst of my doctoral program and currently operating under licensed supervision. This means I have the opportunity to provide supportive, evidence-based therapy while continuing to grow as a clinician.

When not at work or school, I spend my time learning a new craft or with my two dogs: Bear and Sylvie.
