Pre-Licensed Professional

As a therapist, my role is to listen to you and develop an understanding of who you are, where you are now, and where you want to go in your life’s journey. Through learning about you, I can better provide supportive, honest and empathetic insights.

I believe in the power of a strong therapeutic relationship, built on mutual trust and open lines of communication. I strive to create a safe environment where I can both cheer you on and at the same time challenge you to grow as a person. Through a compassionate and tailored approach, my goal is to establish a space where, working together, you can safely explore complex feelings – and develop the life skills that are the foundation for personal growth. Therapy is a unique experience – different for everyone – and I value collaborative dialogue, focusing on what matters most to you. You deserve to feel better than just “fine”.

I am dedicated to working with adolescents, teenagers and young adults, navigating various life transitions, relationships, challenges, and emotions. My experience encompasses a broad spectrum of issues, including anxiety, depression, ADHD, autism spectrum disorder and struggles with self-esteem and identity. My approaches are typically rooted in person-centered therapy, strengths-based and utilizing cognitive behavioral therapy.

I earned my bachelor’s degree from Michigan State University and my master’s degree from New York University. I’m originally from Michigan, and when I’m not working with clients, I love to explore new places and spend time outside with my dog!
